This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which you can return or exchange items, as well as how we handle refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns: The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable, including custom-made furniture, clearance items, and any items marked as final sale.
How to Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@topxxcity.xyz or call 405-228-7827 to request a return authorization. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
Condition of the Product: If the product is returned in a damaged or used condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
Partial Refunds: In cases where the returned item is not in its original condition or has been damaged, a partial refund may be issued.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@topxxcity.xyz or 405-228-7827. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate. We require you to provide photos or videos of the damaged item for verification purposes.
- Timeframe for Reporting Damaged Items: Any damages or defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. After this period, we cannot accept claims for damaged products.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped or processed. After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order, but we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns and refunds. Sale items and clearance products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.
